Liked: When going to Mt. Pleasant, we always stay at the Baymont. The rooms are very nice, the staff are wonderful and we enjoy the pool.

Room was so dirty

Liked: I booked this hotel because of all the great reviews and after staying there I can’t understand where these reviews came from. Our room was filthy. My kids found an empty alcohol shot bottle on the floor, there was sticky substances on the night stand and headboard, and red stains on the comforter. The front desk offered to have them re clean my room but we had just been traveling the day before and we were just exhausted! The only good things I can say was the front desk staff were nice, the breakfast was good, and the lady that prepared it was nice. I will not stay here again and do not recommend.

Liked: Refrigerated pre-made omelets were lousy. Had biscuits and gravy but no breakfast meat
Disliked: It was the smallest suite I had ever stayed in. Had a small jacuzzi tub but no sitting area. The bed sheets smelled very bad. We just threw away a set here at home that smelled just like that.
