Exceptional

The first couple of nights...

Liked: It was a nice looking property with the updates.
Disliked: The room next door and across from it on my last day there kept slamming their doors, running and knocking on the doors and pressing the elevator button every minute or two causing a lot of noise and disturbance.

Would not say here

Liked: Easy to book with booking.com
Disliked: I didn’t feel secure in the room. The door was not the correct fit for the frame you could see the light from the hall all the way around the door. Around 2 am there was children screaming for their parents in the hall way.

Liked: Location to the freeway Room was spacious Didnt see any bugs or rodents
Disliked: No waffles or hot food for breakfast No working equipment in the gym outside of hand weights No working heat in room so I was cold at night

Very bad experience

Disliked: The room was musty smelling the ceiling had big water stain the elevator broke the very 1st night they ran out of breakfast 45 mins before breakfast time was up there staff told another customer that they had already made 2 batches and wasnt cooking anymore that was my first and last time to stay there

Not worth the price we paid, sadly

Liked: The staff was nice. The facilities were awful. Musty, damp room, with terrible odor. The lamps were rusted from the dampness. The breakfast was gone before the time frame for breakfast was past. Side note: lady at front desk was nice when she said we couldnt have breakfast
Disliked: There was nothing good other than this was located 30 minutes from our venue.

Disliked: The room smelt really bad, after arriving they said they charge a cleaning free that if room is cleaned when you leave they give it back(I dont believe they clean the rooms if they are straightened up)

Very nice

Disliked: It was a very nice hotel the only complaints I would have would be the ice machine on my floor did not work and the breakfast could have been a little better but other than that it was a very nice hotel.
