Disliked: Two thin sheets on the bed, I froze all night. Tried to turn the heat on but it smoked so I turned it off again. Shower head was terrible as well.

Don't use booking.com to book...

Liked: The hotel was okay, but the booking was wrong. This was booking.com's fault, and I will not be using this website to book again. I booked (and paid for) a double queen bed room for 3 adults wit booking.com, but when we arrived at 11:30 pm on a festival weekend with everything else in town booked, we found out that the booking had instead been made for a tiny single queen bed room. The staff did their best to accommodate, and we were given a roll-away cot at no cost. In the morning I was able to speak with the manager who explained that the online bookings come in as they are, and the hotel staff have limited details about them and no ability to change them. She gave me a $35 dollar refund so I ended up paying less than the standard rate for the room we used and invited me to call the hotel directly to book next time to ensure that we get an appropriate room for the number of people in our party. Thanks for nothing, booking.com.
Disliked: Booking.com's booking was wrong. They had one job. If I search for a room for three adults, and then choose a room with two queen beds, I should not arrive at the hotel to find that booking.com reserved my party a single queen room and then it's the hotel's job to try to make it work for us in the middle of the night when they're completely booked.
