Poor

Disliked: Phone didn't work to call for towels and body wash. Had to go go downstairs to tell them and blow dryer didn't work thank god I brought one. There was four woman who needed to dry hair. Then we found a roach in the tub yes it was a roach. I told the guy at front counter when I checked out he didn't say a word about it only said he would not that blow dryer and phone didn't work.

Liked: Everything was great staff was friendly and accommodating room was clean and comfy!
Disliked: Tv was not working internet would day connected but we weren’t able to watch anything not even regular tv channels

Disliked: Have to give so much info just too check in, hot water took along time , no glasses or extra cups N no tissue, only toilet paper
