It was absolutely awful.

Liked: First off we let them know that we we checking out a day early and they said no problem we will refund you for the one night. However it was a very different story when I got there and they did nothing I lost my money.

However it was a very different story when I got there and they did nothing, I lost my money. The hotel is absolutely so so run down they seem to do nothing about it. The comforter had a stain on it so gross and it is a white one. They came to clean our room day one we said no thank you can we just get some clean towels please. And they never came back the rest of our stay. They are not helpful at all or do they even ask how are we doing. The pillows are so absolutely ridiculous I have no words hard as a rock I had to use my clothes as a pillow. I will never ever stay here again.

Disliked: Heat was not working and they did nothing about it and wouldn’t even put us in a room that had working heat

Disliked: Smelled like smoke both in lobby and in room, which was supposed to be non smoking. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned. There was old food in the mini fridge. No elevator. Lobby was incredibly warm. I paid a $50 refundable deposit fee and they refuse to return it to me.
