Bad

Disliked: Floor was sticky, shower walls were moldy, bedding was dirty, smelt like weed. We checked out 5mins after checking in

Won’t stay at that hotel...

Liked: Location.Close to the hospital.
Disliked: Wasn’t happy with the front door entrance.Doors opened outwards.. was difficult to get my daughter in the door.. she was in a wheelchair.No help from the front desk staff.as I struggled to get in. Bathroom was filthy..I cleaned it up. Couldn’t use the shower,bath tub was too deep to step into or out of. Didn’t want to chance it..for my daughter’s safety.

Liked: Room was clean apon arrival, front desk staff are friendly
Disliked: 1 towel for 2 people for 3 days, breakfast was poorly stocked if open at all, no cleaning staff for 2 days, pool and hot tub are very small so hard to find a time when it isnt full, coffee maker with no coffee in room

Our stay was satisfactory.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Location was good
Disliked: We didn’t have a working key until late Saturday afternoon.

Disappointed. I won't be recommending...

Liked: Proximity to highway. The breakfast room has good potential. The price was reasonable. I guess it's true that "you get what you pay for".
Disliked: Excuses for why there were no bath towels, why we couldnt get into our room at check in time, why the breakfast room didn't get cleaned from the day before. The bathtub did not drain. The cleaners did not do a quality job, unfortunately. We came for the pool, but when i saw how poorly the bathroom was cleaned, I didnt try it so i cannot say how it was. We saw overflowing trash cans all around the foyer and in the breafastt room.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Checked in after 9:00 pm and looked like they took 10 minutes to quickly clean the room. Floor not vacuumed. Pet hair in bathroom. Sticky floor. The TV counsel was pulled away from the wall, sitting at an odd angle. The curtains were missing a hook and would not completely shut for privacy (room was on the ground floor). Very loud above us. Took a long time for the desk clerk to go see if the room was ready...at 9:00 pm. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk trying to summon someone to check us out. Upon arrival clerk said she was in the bathroom.

highly unrecommended, would rather sleep...

Disliked: the whole facility is run-down and not very well maintained. my first room had a bathroom light that didnt work, and they already knew that when putting us in it....the next room they put us in only had one towel. The pool area wasnt great either...hot tub jets didnt work, pool was ice cold, and we had to chase the staff down to get towels to be able to dry off after the hot tub. i was super not impressed for it being a baymont...they are usually really good hotels, but i will not be staying at this facility ever again

Exceptional

Liked: I lived the bed and the rooms. The staff was amazing and sweet, and very attentive, I seen some guests be very rude to the staff but the staff stayed demure, calm. And friendly. They definitely above and beyond for their guests
Disliked: I feel like the staff they had were doing more then what their job description would ask for. I being from customer service background, felt the staff was being pushed beyond normal work limits. They did it with kindness, but is going to lead to burnout and probably why short staffing.
