Liked: The location was great. Standard breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: We had lots of trouble with the TV although the staff tried to help with the problems.

Disliked: pool and hot tub was under construction when we were there and we had problems with our room key every time we left we would have to have it reset because it wouldn't let us in to the room

Could not stay due to...

Disliked: We booked this room after sitting in the ER with my mother till 3:00 in the morning. Upon arrival to desk we buzzed the buzzer 3 times and then I called the local #. A disheveled man came out and could hardly open his eyes. We could not check in. He could not get into the computer. So we had to find another hotel after waiting for him in attempting to log in to the computer. No apology or anything. 330 a.m. we started calling for another hotel. Just totally unacceptable
