Not for fun

Liked: There weren’t any amenities that we wanted. Beds were uncomfortable and I woke with an aching back. Any questions we asked, they didn’t know the answer. We wanted to cancel our second night and nothing went well.

It was terrible

Disliked: When we checked in the room was not cleaned we got changed to a new room then the 3 days we was there they never cleaned our room had to make the beds our self trash piled up had to get our on towels for a shower the service was terrible but still had to pay full price we should have went somewhere els

Liked: Pool was down, hot tub down, price ridiculous to just have a bed for the night.

Disappointing

Disliked: Unfriendly staff. Booked in after 5pm and they first had to check if the room was ready. 4 people but only two sets of towels.

Liked: The front desk employee and the breakfast staff we great.
Disliked: Pool was broke and that why we wanted to stay there, I would be happier if we were given a discount on our room. We had to go to the YMCA to use there pool since that was what my kids were so excited to stay at this hotel. So we had to spend more money just to swim. Tv in our room did not work, it would turn on but unable to change channels.

Liked: The room was very clean and laid out well. Everything was clean and well maintained. I had no complaints whatsoever.
Disliked: I would have preferred a sleep number bed, but only because I have one at home and am particular about my bed. The bed was very comfortable though, this is just a personal preference and not a judgement about the hotel.
