Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was ready on time and very clean. Nice hotel. Located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Downtown Midland is about five minutes away.

Clean, quiet, well-priced but no...

Liked: There was little or no supervision of the dining room. Breakfast items were limited. Twice I had to ask to have the fruit baskets filled. Once the waffle batter and syrup dispensers were empty. Management allowed teenagers in the dining room in bare feet which I believe is a health code violation.
Disliked: There is a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating that sheets and towels are changed once every three days but could be changed daily upon request. As I was staying for 6 days, I requested that the towels be changed daily, but I was ok with the sheets being changed every three days. Management said not a problem, and that I could have the sheets changed daily as well. I said I would prefer that both sheets and towels be changed daily. Not only were the sheets not changed daily, one day the bed wasn’t made at all. Also the ice machine on the 2nd floor where I was staying was out of service my entire stay.

Great accommodations for the price.

Liked: The hotel itself was very very clean and neat the rooms were spotless and very nice mattresses. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk host Todd i believe was very accommodating and very nice and informative. The breakfast was your standard continental but still good quality. The rates were very affordable too.
Disliked: I had no complaints

Disliked: They make fresh popcorn, which is nice, but the smell permeates the facility. The pool smell was also very prominent in the lobby in the evening.
