Liked: Very quiet. Clean sheets and bathroom.

Basic hotel,

Disliked: One bed in the room was in disrepair and severely needed replaced. Handicapped accessible room was less than accessible. Sent ourbdirty towels to laundry never received fresh towels.

When I did my reservation...

Disliked: Wasn’t clean and not person at counter at time to check in

Disappointing

Disliked: I wish before booking they would have mention the pool wasn’t going to be in use it was the whole point of the trip could have booked elsewhere. Beds are so smalll never understood full size mattress in queens room.

Bad

Liked: The bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms 3 times, first room the heat nor the TV was working, the second room the TV didn't work, the 3rd room didn't have a phone in it.

Very poor

Liked: We liked the location and price.
Disliked: When we arrived, the front door was locked. We called the number on this ap, and the lady who answered just said "hello" like it wasn't a place of business. We had trouble finding where to check in as no one could give exact instructions as to where to go from the front door. My husband ended up finding the hotel room that was being used as a check-in area. The beds were hard. Pillows flat. The room wasn't especially clean. It is really run down and not well maintained. The lot was full of snow as it hadn't been plowed or salted. The patio sliding door in our room wasn't very secure. When you pulled on the door, the frame came completely out of the wall. It wouldn't have kept anyone out. There seemed to be a lot of people just standing around outside. Seemed like a lot of people living there.
