Liked: Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast fair
Disliked: Smelly hallway Room had a chemical new floor smell Tv didn’t work no one was available to fix it

Liked: The staff did their best to assist with our issues.
Disliked: There was a problem with payment right off the bat. They had taken multiple payments for our stay off of multiple methods of payment we provided. Though the payments were showing processed on our end, their computers where showing payment not received. We arrived late and were tired and wanted to go to our room, not argue about money with hotel staff. After over an hour of showing proof of payment to the supervisor we were given our key. There was no elevator to get our luggage upstairs, and the following day when we left for work, we returned to find our key no longer worked and we had to raise an issue with the staff to get another key.
