The place is good for...
Liked: Cheap prices
Disliked: Its not clean. Found a rotten banana on the side of the bed. No house keeping available early at night. Staff was really hard to talk to

Liked: The price was right for what you got. You can tell they are trying/working on getting the place fixed up. My unit had a nice newer GE HVAC Unit. Walk In Shower & Bathroom Sink was nice. Fridge worked well. The free breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Was given the wrong room type at first. Had to go back and get it corrected. The $200 deposit was a bit excessive for the quality of the property. I have regularly stayed at much more higher class places and $50/ a night is the standard. A fireplace was advertised for the room. But there was not any fireplace. So false advertising on the room. It would be nice if they had the lobby waterfall running.

Liked: Price was good.
Disliked: Too many stairs if not on ground floor. Not for people with walking handicaps. Maids need to report maintenance issues. If loose toilet seat, loose toilet paper roll holder. (tissue falls on floor). Bedside lamps half working. Poor room lighting.

It was a satisfactory stay...
Liked: During my stay at Baymont, it was a satisfactory experience overall. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. The lobby area was nice, and the location was convenient, with coffee shops, restaurants, and a shopping plaza right across the street.
Disliked: The washrooms were extremely small, and there was no elevator, though we were given a ground-floor room since we had an elderly lady with us. Unfortunately, the towels had stains on them, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the beds were sunken in and not very comfortable.
