Disliked: Waited for a representative to attend the desk to register, there were 12 people in the entry waiting 5 groups in front of me., I had prebooked a king room. Not available. Was given a queen room, used the key to enter and the room was a used room that has not been cleaned. Disgusting. Was given another room, this should not happen, it was after 10pm the turn around for a clean. Outdoor elevator didn't feel safe, lots of people hanging around
