The things wrong with this hotel are too numerous to list: Old, dirty, very smoky rooms and hallways, leaking ceiling titles, no AC in business room, clogged toilets, very dirty stairways and I could go on.

Liked: Staff very helpful in spite of the building they had to work with.
Disliked: Smoky non-smoking room; dirty hallways; very old style - needs extensive renovation.

Happy but not at breakfast

Liked: Pool was nice 17 people and 4 rooms was really nice.
Disliked: Who ever was in charge of the breakfast area was all up in our business. Telling us how to eat our bisquick and gravey. THAT WAS SO WRONG IN MANY WAYS!!!!

Liked: It was clean. Place was easy to get to
Disliked: The beds were too hard, and the breakfast was terrible. The breakfast there wasn't much to choice from. The family was down there at 8am it closes at 930am. Should of been alot more choices.

Liked: Location was great walked to Pizza Hut for dinner which was not even 4 blocks!!
Disliked: The water in the shower was barely warm

You can't beat the value...

Liked: Room and hotel overall were just adequate, but at roughly $55 a night it was well worth it for a place to sleep, grab coffee, and even work for a short bit.
Disliked: It's outdated, has a bit of smell, breakfast was just biscuits & gravy and breads (bagel, bread, muffin) and juice and coffee. But again for $55 it was more than I could have expected. A coffee make in the room would have been nice.
