Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Pool out of order. Charged more than the booked price. Continental breakfast was cold and very limited. Website outdated and inaccurate.

A Tepid Welcome

Liked: Room was clean, modern, and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable, TV was large and good. The full breakfast was excellent--good variety and healthy choices. It was a wonderfull stay.
Disliked: The welcome at the front desk upon arriving could have been more cordial.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was fairly dirty.

Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean and the staff was nice! Very quite! Great location. Really close to the college and Walmart was right across the street! Me and my family will be going back to this hotel everytime we go see my daughter!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Disliked: Had money stolen out of personal bags (they dug in personal bags). And was kicked out of room before check out even happend. Also ended up having to pay more money for the room not what was on booking.com

Unusual. Not what would expect

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00. We arrived at 9:00 for breakfast and it was shut down. No do not disturb signs on door. Housekeeping walked into our room I suppose thinking we had left

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Booked using booking.com and was told the king room I booked was all sold out. Got a double twin room instead. The reception person was not friendly at all, and in fact, I felt as if I was an inconvenience to him by just being there...with only 12 cars in the parking lot I find it hard to believe that they were that full.
