Disliked: Thid was out 2nd stay here in about 2 years, and this place has done a complete 180 in that time.Booked a single king room more than a month in advance, only to be given a 2 queen room. One could argue that shouldn't be an issue with no cost difference, but it wasn't the room I asked for and had no notice from the hotel prior to checking in about the change. The lamp in between the beds was missing a bulb, and there was also a small tear in the window screen. The air conditioning didn't cool the room down to what we set it for and run for a few minutes before shutting off, then running a few minutes, and so forth.The hot tub was closed off and no longer available yet still advertised on the site. The pool was advertised as warm but was cold and had an oily film visible on the surface. Toilet in the room slightly rocked when sitting. And the vent in the bathroom must've been broken, as the switch didn't turn it on.Only good thing about the breakfast was the coffee and bagels. Orange juice dispenser gave me orange colored water with a few orange colored chunks floating around. Hot food choices were either unpleasant to look at or tasted like water or reconstituted rice cakes.This hotel will no longer be considered when choosing a place to stay.

Liked: The room was very clean and the hosts were friendly.
Disliked: Property seemed to be a little outdated, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there were a couple outlets in the room that didn’t function properly.

Disliked: Side door to parking lot had unsecured door - lock brokenSpa advertised but out of commission for months

Disliked: Room smelled like an ashtray, only one tv worked in the room and we had to get the front desk to even get it to work. Hot tub was broken down and pool was ice cold
