Great Place to Swim and...

Liked: Staff is wonderful. Great pool and hot tub. Very clean and bright. Nice fitness center. Convenient parking and many, many fast food and shopping options within walking distance. Comfortable rooms
Disliked: I’ve stayed here before. Several times. I’d always had a room on the first floor, but not this time. Absolutely shocked that they have no elevator. Not a broken elevator, just none. This is a very large motel for the area. Two floors with 50 rooms each plus a separate wing with two floors. WTF? Second floor ice machine broken for some time. Sign at reception read “new breakfast options.” I didn’t read it, but the juice dispenser had cranberry juice in the orange juice side and the apple juice side was “out.” Two yogurt selections - strawberry and banana-strawberry. Hot options included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage … the usual.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. They were busy, but overall, the staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. They also had a good breakfast.

Liked: Very clean, the pool and hot tub were kept up with. They even kept two pool towels in the rooms which I thought was awesome.

Liked: The facility was clean and functional. Our room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Less than an hour after we checked in another family was given key cards to our room. My husband and I were freshening up and getting ready to go to dinner when another group entered our room. The front desk assigned them the same room. We were not happy about getting “walked in on” while changing clothes for dinner. Additionally, upon returning from dinner, our keys cards did not work and we had to return to the lobby to get them replaced. The desk staff acknowledged their mistakes but were not apologetic and seemed irritated that we were upset about the inconvenience. We will not stay at nor recommend this hotel to anyone again.
