Great location not so great...

Liked: I liked the location. The staff was not friendly when I called for information. The room was dirty. There must have been a THC festival at the hotel because that’s all I could smell

Liked: There was not any hot water in our room.

Disliked: We were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. A sticky spill next to the bed, ants in the shower, disgusting things wiped or splashed on so many surfaces, something crusted onto a pillowcase that seems like it was washed but didn't come out clean, I could go on... only 2 pillows per bed, no bathmat. We were very disappointed. If it weren't for the lack of cleanliness, we would have found this to be a comfortable stay.

Stay somewhere else.

Liked: It was a newer building but The building location was not in the best part of town
Disliked: The pool was closed, when I asked why they said it just was. I happened to walk by the pool later and it was running just fine. Later I heard that the staff just didn’t want to deal with the pool. The stairwell smelled like pot

Liked: Beds were comfy
Disliked: Smell of weed throughout the hotel. Condom boxes in hallways. Lack of a meeting room when we were told there would be one. Pool was closed and had to engage the manager to open it. Exercise room was closed and they would not open it. We were there for wrestling the pool and Exercise equipment were important.

Disliked: Hotel smelled like weed. Piss all over our toilet and floor. Toe nails or finger nails in the shower. Garbage in the room. The couch was all ripped up on the bottom. So we left and then the manager would never get back to booking or me for a refund. Ended up having to dispute it thru my bank! This manager needs to lose her job! Very unprofessional! I called over 10 times they don’t answer the phone and will not call back! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
