Liked: Very inviting and elegant location overall. The staff at night were great and very welcoming.
Disliked: I was over charged or penalized by the morning staff for something that was not explained/told to me. I also mentioned during check in that I would either purchase an additional night or would need to check out around noon to 1 PM. Therefore the manager (Caucasian Female) said that it would not be a problem nor that I would be charged for that. However the morning staff was very intimidating and had very aggressive behavior towards me and my partner. Which is why I assume they wrongly charged me and without authorization also retrieved the funds from my account. So I am still not aware of the reason for the charges and would like to know.
