Liked: The breakfast was so so the eggs were horrible tasting Not much variety the cups for tea and coffee were very small some of the fruit was rotten I only ate there once and would never going back I ended up going out for breakfast every morning because we were very disappointed
Disliked: My room was not the cleanest the beds were comfortable but they had sheets and comforters on them with cigarette burn holes and we complain they we placed at once but did not come back to replace it . We complained the first time that we were there that I almost cut my foot on the metal bar between the bedroom and the bathroom they threw a towel down on it said they would fix it never did the towel stayed there all week. It took a very long time for the heat to come out in the room it was either very cold or somewhat lukewarm. The instant coffee pot constantly would drain coffee grounds they never fix it or clean that we did ask for our room to be cleaned 1 day which they did a good job with it. But then the next time that we saw that our room was cleaned all they did was empty the garbage can they left all the lights on and never made our beds I was very disappointed in this hotel considering its rating on booking of 7 would have given it a 2 . The woman at the front desk the last day wouldn't even listen to any of my complaints. Also to the neighbors that were staying next to us We're very loud at 2 o'clock in the morning smoking outside of my door and trash was left on the grass and it was there all week.

Disliked: Staff would not bring clean towels to the room when requested and required me to pick up and bring all dirty towels to the front desk in a bag in order to receive more clean towels. She would not come upstairs to retrieve the dirty towels and bring clean towels at the same time. After a long day the last thing i I want to do is clean a room and run around for clean towels at a hotel I pay for that should have house keeping or staff to accommodate to their paying guests. For the front desk lady to be as bold to have me a garbage bag to do her job in the rude manner she did and think I was going to do it?! No way I will not be returning. Furthermore, the guests in the next room were fighting all night. Screaming and yelling. When I contacted the hotel to issues noise complaint and get someone to mediate and stop them NO ONE RESPONDED. I had two kids in my room trying to sleep and nothing was done. Complete disregard or care for us as guests our safety and comfort. I will never come back.
