Horrible. Especially when the water...

Disliked: From the start it was bad. The lady who checked me in had a disgusting attitude. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and she finally looked up and I said I’m here to check in and she rolled her eyes. I was asking questions and she acted as if I was bothering her. Once to my room it looked as if it had not been cleaned. I sprayed bleach and Lysol everywhere and mopped the floors. The microwave was so nasty with food all in it. The shower was not clean at all. Also my 3rd or 4th day there the water faucet in the shower flew off and hit me while I was taking a shower and the front desk acted as if I broke it. On what would have been my lastnight there I went to pay for another night and they told me I couldn’t I would have to wait until the next day. So that morning before heading to work I stopped to pay. The gentleman redid my key and paperwork. When I arrived back to my room after 7pm that night they had hard locked my door and stated I did not pay (which I did and had the paperwork to show) I packed my things and left. I had no trash can or bag. Soap dish wasn’t in there. The list of things you sign for that says you pay for if they are missing I had none of them. Terrible experience and waste of money!

The hotel was dirty, full...

Liked: The maintenance man was very kind.
Disliked: The room was not clean - there were cockroaches everywhere. The bed sheets had holes in them and were stained and only came with a sheet on the bed with another half piece of material that looked and felt like a shower curtain. The pool was "closed for the season" in the summer. Our second room was exactly the same. We had three people in one room and two in another. The hotel refused to provide any extra anything, including towels which meant we had to go buy our own towel for the third person because they only provided a set of 2. There was no room cleaning, which was fine, but to note, if you wanted a clean towel you had to walk it down to the front office to exchange it out. There were people outside of our room screaming all night and small children (potentially aged 3years old) running around screaming in the parking lot at 3am. We informed the hotel and nothing was done.

Disliked: My unit was not clean. The bedding was stained up but I brought my own and the shower was so full of mold that I cleaned it myself and had my own bedding
