Do not stay at this motel. Disguisting! No hot water to shower; heating, A/C unit didn't work. Absolutely filthy.

Disliked: No hot water to shower. The heating, A/C unit did not work. Electrical outlets with no cover plates. The entire motel parking lot was filthy.

hotel was awful, and booking.com's...

Liked: The room looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There were cigarette butts and dirt on on the bathroom floor. It was disguisting.
Disliked: I checked out after one night, and have been dealing with booking.com to get the remaining 3 nights of my original booking refunded, as I paid in advance. Booking.com is refusing to refund me my money as the hotel is not responding to any emails of phone calls. This place should not be on booking.com, and booking.com has handled the issue extremely poorly. I have still not been reimbursed for the nights I did not stay at this place and will never be using booking.com again.

Stay experience was very poor

Disliked: There were coachroaches and rats in the room. The bedsheets were very dirty and had yellow stains on them. The floor carpetting was dirty and so was the couch. But most importantly, the room had coackroaches and rats inside.

Absolutely horrible

Disliked: The room smelled awful, the bed linens were dirty, as well as the towels. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and there was urine on the toilet seat. Also, there were cob webs on the walls and holes in the doors. All in all, the place looked like it was a trap house, aka a drug house. This place was so disgusting I did all double booking for a different hotel
