Poor

It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast that I was promised wasn’t honored. My fridge was leaking and so the fridge wasn’t running properly and spoiled my food.

Liked: The property was clean and close to everything.
Disliked: The website says they have free breakfast but they weren’t offering it and I wasn’t aware until I got there

Gross Rooms

Liked: The shower had hair all over it. Our four pillows had makeup and dirt on them. Our window was wide open when we walked in. Our door handle was broken.
Disliked: The hotel was filthy. I don’t think our room was throughly cleaned before we arrived.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything.They really tried to make it very inviting.They left snacks. They had earplugs for sleeping & sleep sounds to play while trying to sleep.They had a code for the door instead of the key, which made it conventional if you arrived while no one was at the front desk
Disliked: There was nothing I Didn't like.Would 100% recommend

Filthy

Disliked: The room smelled musty. The fridge door would not shut. I need the fridge to keep breast milk in. There was trash next to the trash can in the bathroom. The property is in despair.
