Liked: There was NOTHING good about our stay here! I was highly disappointed with the service and the room. The front desk assistant was very rude and nasty when I addressed the problems of no hot water, the toilet was running the bathroom all night, bathroom sink was stopped up, and the people in the other rooms fighting in the halls at midnight, was told there was no breakfast and no pool as advertised, and no one was here when I checked in. I had to go to the Travelodge to have someone help me and then had to wait as the woman held my license while she got distracted with her friend visiting at the counter and discussing loudly personal problems. We were in Loveland for emergency medical and I was told there was to be no medical discount, and no adjustments to the price to compensate for the lack of service.
Disliked: NOTHING!!

Good sad but satisfied.

Liked: I like that it was in a good location and their wasn't a lot of noise from other guests.
Disliked: I didn't like that their was no Continental breakfast. Only had coffee. And I didn't like the curtains in the room. They just let in a lot of light night and day.

Disliked: The first room had stains all over the comforter. I went downstairs and asked for a different room. The second room, the bathroom was filthy.

Disliked: The pictures online do not match up to what the hotel is. Room and bathroom far outdated. Room and bathroom dinge. NO TOWELS the hotel said they do not provide towels. NO MORNING BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED. THIS PLACE WAS A JOKE AND WHY WE STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL THE REST OF THE WEEKEND. DEFINITELY BUYER BEWARE.

Liked: The room was set a room temperature. Clean sheets and towels.
Disliked: The door handel to room 220 was was damaged. You had to turn the Handel up to gain entrance.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. The phone was taped together and extremely dirty. The phone said The Roadside Inn. We were staying at the baymont. The toilet was broken and glued together. There was only one towel. The floor was very dirty. Dirt and crumbs in all the drawers. Holes in the curtains. The lampshades were old and torn. The tv did not work. There was no free breakfast like it was suppose to have. The staff was nice but hard to get a hold of.
