Should not have stayed here

Liked: We checked out early because it smelled like an ashtray in the whole hotel. Hallways were dirty and the elevators were not working. Pool closes at 7, so we didn’t even get to swim.

Liked: The localization is really good, have many things around and be close to the mountains.
Disliked: The room have many things to fix and wasn't completely clean, my wife found a bug on the floor and we reserved the room with a refrigerator and didn't have, but the front desk girl help us with this and bring a refrigerator at night.

Disliked: staff was rude. whole place needs an uplift. pool hours are a joke, you could swim until 7 pm! most travelers don't check into rooms until 6 so ...bathroom floor had major damage.

Shabby, jaded, musty and the...

Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: The room smelt musty and the decor was jaded and scruffy. Lighting was awful. The breakfast a full 45 minutes before its end time was bereft of many things. No coffee. No scrambled eggs or sausages and other stuff had run out. We picked over what was left. This was probably owing to other residents taking huge quantities of food to their rooms. One resident turned up with a good flask. We were very glad we only stayed for one night. The air con sounded like a wagon revving up every time it kicked in and the noise from the busy road was awful as we were at the front of the hotel.
