Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Last room available and it was for handicapped. We had made our reservations over a month ahead. We asked for a room without the handicap but she said that was the last and all she had.

Liked: The check in and check out process was quick with the new system (definitely appreciate it). The front desk guy was super nice, the facilities were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very clean...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and was clean and well attended
Disliked: It was hard getting into the location of the hotel. the traffic would be extreme if you were making a left turn in the entrance. The location was on a very busy street. There was only one entrance which made entering and leaving difficult.
