Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Last room available and it was for handicapped. We had made our reservations over a month ahead. We asked for a room without the handicap but she said that was the last and all she had.

Liked: Very nice room and staff was very courteous.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, missing...

Liked: Breakfast was good, the room was very clean & the beds were comfortable
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room (maybe this is a Baymont thing?), missing hairdryer, missing do not disturb sign, phone was unplugged. All remedied but when you’re checking in late after being on the road, these aren’t things you want to have to worry about.

Liked: breakfast but the trash cans in the dinning area were yucky. The staff was super nice and accomidating.
Disliked: The first room we were put in 309, the door was over an inch away from the door frame. You had to lock the door in order to close. I requested for a room change and they honored it. However the room we were moved to was a pet room and was infested with fleas. There was a place in the door that was missing from what looked like a dog chewed it off. The bathroom was extremely outdated and the tub was stained and discolored. I wont be back.

Liked: The bed was marvelous! Had the best sleep I’ve had in years, literally! I especially loved the soft sheets. What brand are they.
Disliked: Lightbulb in reading lamp chair wasn’t working. No light came on when we flipped the switch after the entry way. We couldn’t set the clock by the beds. The switch on the phone said there were messages, but pushing the button gave no messages. Not sure the thermostat was working correctly. Hard to reach the toilet paper.

Liked: Nice hotel, with comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location was very good for me, close to KU. Our room windows were to back yard so it was quiet to sleep.
Disliked: Wish the fitness room was bigger.

Liked: The property location is great!
Disliked: The rooms are not clean. Sheets were freshly changed but upon lifting the mattress and looking around the baseboards it was obvious the staff is either very rushed or the rooms aren’t checked over after the cleaning process is “done”
