Disliked: No elevator for mobility impaired. 1st room we had reserved was not cool at all, a/c vents were dirty/clogged not allowing much air to come out. Tv did not work. Moved to another room (marginal).No ph service to front desk due to elec storm outage.

Liked: Nothing it was a very unpleasant experience for what I paid
Disliked: Everything there was no elevator it was a good 5 min. Hike to anywhere. The bed was not made the tub in the bathroom was dirty there was no snacks in snack machine, they wasn't even plugged in. Not to mention there was no breakfast. Oh and the phone was n

Liked: They told me that they was booked. I couldn't get a room but it wasn't 20 cars in the hotel parking lot and it wasn't but I couldn't get a room in the room. I had was very poor not planning on visiting him again period
Disliked: It was just nasty.

Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The images of the hotel on the website are probably from when it opened, the hotel is very run down, the overhang in the front is missing. Our room looked like someone had forcibly entered it. Really not a good hotel.

Disliked: Yes booked a king and they only had a queen no towels TV did not work door of the closet and leaning on the wall about 10% of a roll of toilet paper left. That was enough for me.

Liked: Area where you took your dog.
Disliked: No breakfast first morning. Coffee not ready at 5:00 am as advertise. Second day breakfast was good, no coffee at 5:30 am. Third night took dog for a walk got locked out. No one at front desk. Sleep in car from 2:00 am to 7:30 am when someone shows up.

Liked: The desk clerk was friendly, but not knowledgeable about hotel operations, could not find ironing board, iron ,hair dryer or towels
Disliked: It was very dirty, the bathtubs were painted and flaking, the carpets look like they've been stored outside, even the toilet seat was painted and flaking,all fixtures were rusted, no towels, and would not do anything about it, door lock broken

Liked: The staff was friendly and did their best to fix the problems that occurred during our stay.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I discovered stains and holes on the pillowcases. After changing these, we noticed that there was fur on our sheets and stains on our bed cover, so we had to get replacements. The toilet leaked so there was always a puddle on the floor .
