Disliked: The carpet was dirty. There were strains in the carpet . The ice machine was out of order on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. The building smells like cigarettes, and the building wasn't mainted. Overall rating is a 4.

Good for the price

Liked: Localization - room with a good space.Good support from the team that allowed us to have an early check in.
Disliked: Bed - too soft, too used. Made my back hurt a lot.

Liked: Location was quiet and secure
Disliked: Walls are a little thins so the couple arguing next door was very audible, they left the following morning so problem solved

Liked: Breakfast was good coffee was great and the people was great.
Disliked: I'm handicap so we reserved a walk in shower and when we got there it didn't happen??I'm not saying the room wasn't cleaned it was to many years on that carpet it was bad and the bed the mattress must have been one of the ones you set on the bed and cut the wrapping off and it grows in place. You have a great location wonderful people that care give them something to be proud of.
