Liked: The staff was more than helpful and everyone very pleasant. I would make this my Lakeville place to stay.Pool and hot tub were clean and water temperature perfect.Desk attendant helped me with cooler up the stairs, since there wasn’t an elevator.Awesome breakfast.Coffee was always replenished

Liked: It was close to restaurants and easy to get to
Disliked: The hot tub I paid for didn’t work in 2 different rooms. The hotel smelled funny. The door handle was broken. Breakfast tasted terrible. Even the orange juice was bad.

Liked: Was nice place to have our football team after and before tournament
Disliked: I had left my purse in the room, went back to get my purse had noticed $500 was missing out of it

Disliked: Pool windows leaking. Pool bathrooms out of order. Vending machines now much food in them to snack on.

Peaceful, calm, and great respite.

Liked: The staff answered all questions promptly and with a smile. When my brother checked in while I visited family in nursing home, they were efficient and friendly. In morning, they showed me where the coffee machine was and made sure I knew all the choices for breakfast. Room was clean and we thanked the staff for a wonderful stay.
Disliked: NOthing.
