This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room looked like it was under construction. The floor was put in poorly, so the noise when you walked was loud as some spots were shallow underneath. Baseboards were missing, or laying on the floor. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, so the curtain fell to the center any time you tried to close it. The shower head had been replaced, but the work was unfinished, with white spackle was all around it, and the walls. My room was never cleaned. Had to take towels down for replacement. If you didn't get down to Breakfast by 0745 there was no food left. Coffee was cold sometimes. No one should have been allowed to stay in these rooms.

Liked: The bed was the only thing I liked.

Great hotel; clean; modern rooms; friendly staff; good breakfast and overall a pleasant experience and a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Disliked: They did not have our reservation for double beds reserved. Could only give a family of 4 a king size bed. It was under renovations and looked very dirty. We were told there would be breakfast but they did not have that either. We did not choose to stay there and will never again book with this company.

One of the worst hotels...

Disliked: The mold smell was atrocious. The pot smell unbearable. Although I understand they were under construction it was awful. We complained to management nothing was done. The second night was the worst. We couldn't even sleep due to the smell of pot our whole floor smelled so bad. We were stuck because of the hurricane, or we would of left

What a joke

Liked: Clean and spacious room
Disliked: No breakfast as advertised, ran out of coffee so no coffee, no hot water for shower but had hot water and no cold for sink, Internet didn't work. Staff was apologetic and friendly, was a waste of money only stayed because I had to due to my booking being "NON-REFUNDABLE". I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN! I could've stayed elsewhere for the price and at least had Internet.

This hotel is too close...

Liked: The front clerk Michelle was very nice and helpful. And the morning girl I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was nice as well.
Disliked: Zero hot water. ZERO!! THERE WAS NO PHONE IN MY ROOM, THERE WAS NO CABLE TV, AND ON A GROUND FLOOR HOTEL THERE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE CURTAINS.
