This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room looked like it was under construction. The floor was put in poorly, so the noise when you walked was loud as some spots were shallow underneath. Baseboards were missing, or laying on the floor. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, so the curtain fell to the center any time you tried to close it. The shower head had been replaced, but the work was unfinished, with white spackle was all around it, and the walls. My room was never cleaned. Had to take towels down for replacement. If you didn't get down to Breakfast by 0745 there was no food left. Coffee was cold sometimes. No one should have been allowed to stay in these rooms.

Liked: The bed was the only thing I liked.

Great hotel; clean; modern rooms; friendly staff; good breakfast and overall a pleasant experience and a very quiet and peaceful stay.

Liked: Applebee's and Cracker Barrel was next door.
Disliked: Missing the amenities for which I booked the room. No microwave, no refrigerator, no extra chair/couch, no hot water at all. Had to have staff get a refrigerator from an unoccupied room and bring it to my room.

Ok for the price.

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: No breakfast, and no coffee at 0545 despite signs saying thry had coffee 24/7.

Disappointing location.

Liked: It was easy to park.
Disliked: There were unexpected renovations. No continental breakfast when it was advertised to be there. There was hair in the tub. The sink was cracked. The AC unit was louder than a freight train. On top of all of that, the incidental charges were really high, and there is an extra $27.48 charge that no one can tell me why it was charged.

It met our immediate needs.

Liked: They told me upon check-in that there would not be any breakfast served. They also said the morning after the first night that they do not have any curtains up due to them changing franchises so they offered to place a blanket over the window so the lights in the parking lot were not so bright.
Disliked: They are obviously remodelling but there were holes in the drywall where a rack of some sort must have been mounted to the wall and taken down incorrectly. TV was kind of difficult to figure out but since I am a FireTv user myself I eventually got it to at least let us watch what we want to watch.

Disliked: Reeked of marijuana, found multiple roaches in our room we had to kill, the area is pretty good but the hotel is not. They were doing renovations we did not know about until getting to the property, we were also notified that we could not get the breakfast (that is supposed to come with the purchase) right when we checked in. Not an enjoyable stay to say the least, Hoping to get a refund.
