Exceptional

Great trip. Definitely recommend.

Liked: This hotel is way beyond 2 star. Very clean and fresh. Breakfast is very good!
Disliked: -

Very good

Liked: Clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Ran out of eggs and sausage before 6:30. Didn't replace them. Rest of breakfast was spot on.

Disliked: Hotel Staff was unhelpful and staff at check in was rude. I requested a wakeup call -- it wasn't provided, making me a bit late at starting the day. As a result, I was rushed and accidentally left a sapphire ring in the room. Notified the hotel the same day, but of course they had no idea which cleaner had done the room and staff did not turn in anything. Promise to investigate was a joke. Lack of staff honesty is unforgiveable, especially in a college town.
