Disliked: bugs in the sink. Also, bathroom sink was cracked in multiple places and fixtures were loose. Needs updating.

Great Hotel

Liked: I love this hotel. It is our "go-to" place when visiting LaCrosse/Onalaska.
Disliked: I wish there was a variety of pillows......soft as well as firm. I really prefer a softer pillow.

Very good

Liked: The price was great, great staff and good breakfast! The pool and hot tub were clean and the kids enjoyed it.
Disliked: One bed in our room did not have clean sheets. It was a quick fix by staff though. The beds were not my preferred comfort level but that goes with each person.
