Great Hotel

Liked: I love this hotel. It is our "go-to" place when visiting LaCrosse/Onalaska.
Disliked: I wish there was a variety of pillows......soft as well as firm. I really prefer a softer pillow.

Very good

Liked: The price was great, great staff and good breakfast! The pool and hot tub were clean and the kids enjoyed it.
Disliked: One bed in our room did not have clean sheets. It was a quick fix by staff though. The beds were not my preferred comfort level but that goes with each person.

Very nice

Liked: The staff was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and a hot tub were very nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast we stayed there for the weekend and every day it was the same eggs, Sausage links and biscuits and gravy

Liked: Ok, for the breakfast.
Disliked: The TV channels did not work at all. The room was not clean.

nothing to brag about

Liked: comfy beds very clean and orderly.
Disliked: breakfast foods not full. ended up going out to get breakfast. waited 20 mins for one waffle but needed 2 with two kids.

I will always return to...

Liked: Everything was great. The price, the location, the rooms were clean, the staff were beyond so nice. Got my room upgraded which was a surprise to me and it was an awesome surprise
Disliked: Pool room door while exiting, had issues opening. It was like I had to slam my hand up near the top to open it since it doesn’t have a key card reader to open it from the inside only the outside.
