Liked: Staff were great and facility was clean. Housekeeping even left a polite welcome note in our room. My suggestions are minor but I think would drastically improve customer ratings. It's great that they provide shampoo and conditioner both in travel size bottles and as pumps in the shower but adding body wash would be a huge improvement. The tub sides are very high and therefore for shorter guests like me or older guests who don't necessarily need handicapped assistance it would be a big plus if you installed a grab bar to make guests more comfortable when getting in and out of the tub/shower. Love the fact that your blinds actually cover the entire window so no light comes in. Beds are a bit too high and the pillows are small and too bulky. You might want to consider different pillows. The breakfast nook was clean and well organized but we would have loved to see more options. I would also consider installing more outlets or a multi-prong option. Only having one plug between the beds doesn't allow for both guests to charge their phones by the bed. The pool is heated, many hotels list that their pool is heated and it's not. Lastly, you shouldn't deactivate room keys until it is actually 11 am. I sent my son down to get one of the carts to help with taking out belongings down to the car around 10:30 am and when he got back to the room, maybe 10:45 am the room key had been deactivated. It was fine because I was in the room but I can imagine that would really make guests mad if they did the same but were traveling alone and then had to walk back down to the front desk to get back into their room to collect their belongings.

Disliked: I felt like the hotel was in need of many repairs as I could see areas of the floor had broken tiles that could be a hazard to people especially the elderly or children. That was my main concern. We didn’t end up staying the night and it was a waste of time and money.
