Room Problem

Liked: The room was really nice and everything in the room worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and air conditioning/heating was new. It was a great room. I asked for the same room in March, but they didn't have it ready. Very unfortunate.
Disliked: I couldn't get the room I asked for ahead of time.

Room Request

Liked: The staff is always great.
Disliked: The air conditioner/heat was old and didn't work well. The refrigerator was frozen. I asked for a certain room beforehand, and it wasn't ready. I was given Room 107. I'm going back on Sun, April 6th, but I haven't made my reservation yet. They said they couldn't promise me the room a month out. It's room #254. This would be my 4th visit this year. We'll see.
