Liked: it had a roof
Disliked: roaches crawling,BIG ASS DIP IN MIDDLE OF THE MATTRESS,cold air coming from under the door

We chose it out of...

Liked: The room was inexpensive and was the only one listed north of Knoxville. We were traveling through and there was a tornado warning so we decided to stop earlier than planned.
Disliked: Not the cleanest place. We saw bugs in our room. It was noisy. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I laid out my clothes and could smell cigarettes all the next day. I don’t smoke.

Liked: Only good thing was the day manager Scott who was very helpful
Disliked: Night manager was rude, drain in shower was broken and we asked to be moved to another room and were refused
