Very good

Liked: The location was good. The room was clean. Our only complaint was it was very noisy. All night we heard people walking by talking loudly and opening/shutting doors.

Poor

Disliked: They knew we had three in our party when we called about a cot they said nothing they could do and didn't even want to talk about it at all. Then noises all night outside the room made it hard to sleep .

Liked: Pool was not warm as expected and renovations going on as well at same time where pool was

I won't stay there again.

Liked: Most of the staff was friendly. One of the cleaning crew couldn't understand me and just flinged his hand at me to go on.
Disliked: I was locked out of my room on Wednesday morning. The staff took care of it though. The room had several different kinds of bugs to deal with. Ants (I think) in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. There was something crawling in the sink. There was a big black bug crawling on the wall that went back up into the ceiling tiles. By Friday morning I killed a bug on the toilet while I was using it. Then killed a German Cockroach on the floor by the bed. I was done.
