Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Not as clean,pool and hot tub broken. The most annoying thing was the TV. Never got it to work in three days.

Disliked: Bed bugs were found in our friend’s room and we are still trying to get our money back after refusing to stay.

Liked: Location in city center, wifi was capable
Disliked: Public areas and rooms in dire need of renovation (outside street facing windows were filled with massive cobwebs), poor breakfast options (breads and yogurt), lobby and halls kept at about 60 F air conditioning! Poor TV options

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The A/C didn't work. Had to change rooms. The second room wasn't much better. Ice machine wasn't working

Great stay

Liked: Remodeled rooms were nice! The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows! Slept so well! The staff overall were very friendly.
Disliked: The pet rooms should be on the first floor...and a grassy area outside for them to use. The breakfast was a little disappointing.
