Liked: The location was the only good thing about the property.
Disliked: Our room was very outdated and not very sanitary. I had to do a lot of wiping down upon arrival. I was already exhausted from driving 3 1/2 hours from Knoxville. Saturday morning, I went to blow dry my hair and realized that the blow dryer on the wall did not work so I went to the front desk to see if they had a portable blow dryer and they literally handed me a wall unit to plug in. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a joke. The bananas were old, there are certainly no hot breakfast, any attendant who I believe was also working. The front desk seemed very annoyed that I made it down there 15 minutes prior to breakfast closing. Breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30 AM and she was coming in there putting things away around 9:15 am with an annoyance. I will definitely pay more money to stay somewhere with better guest service for our next tournament later this year. Also, we did not play until 350 on Sunday afternoon and check out was at 11 AM. I went by the front desk and politely asked for a 12 PM Check out and the gentleman working the 3 to 11 shift on Saturday night basically laughed in my face and told me no. Altogether it was just a terrible experience.

Disliked: This was outdated and not clean. Things were broken and there were scuffs and marks on the walls. The hot water was not working well. A smoke alarm was beeping in another room. The view out our window had trash and old furniture in the corner. Breakfast was lacking.
