Liked: All good.
Disliked: Not bad.

The area that this hotel was in was sketchy and I will not go back to this town or hotel.

Liked: Room was semi-clean.
Disliked: I had to hold the handle down for 30 seconds to get the toilet to flush. The hot water in the shower never got above luke warm even though I had it turned to only hot water. The water pressure was awful. Also, we asked for late checkout, then had housekeeping still try to come in our room. Even after we told her we had late checkout, she told the front desk (who apparently don't communicate with each other) that we were still in the room and they kept calling us asking why we were still there.

Disappointing

Disliked: I had booked for 2 nights and was denied entry due to my age and when I had asked for a refund I never got after weeks

Pretty upsetting

Liked: It allowed pets, and the bed was clean and neatly made.
Disliked: There were roaches in the bathroom, the floor was filthy. Amenities such as microwave/fridge were filthy and hadnt been cleaned. They told me the pet fee was only $40 I got charged $60 TWICE.

Good

Liked: Location was very near Kansas University hospitol.

The one night stay wasn't...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, and the beds were nice
Disliked: The pictures that are online are not of this hotel. This hotel has bed bugs and cockroaches. And that for being this is where you stay after going to K.U. medical center this is absurd considering bed bugs and cockroaches both carry germs and diseases. Also I paid $160 for one night!!!

RUN FOREST RUN

Liked: Friendly while checking you in.
Disliked: The customer service is nonexistent. The lady at the front desk was in the back room on her cell phone and wouldn't answer calls from inside the hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent. I was there for 3 days. After returning from the marathon, my room wasn't serviced, and there were no clean towels or bath soap. After addressing my concerns with the lady at the front desk, she blamed me and complained that they had 60 plus guess. She was rude, demeaning, and extremely disrespectful.

Disliked: Yucky breakfast and kind of smelly

Liked: I love the access to our room.
Disliked: The price was $40 difference between the 2 nights we stayed. We stayed on October 9th and October 12th.
