We stayed over for WMU graduation at Miller Auditorium. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything ran very smoothly, the room was comfortable and we would definitely book at the Baymont again!

Liked: Nothing my key didn't work it took 3 keys to get in my room
Disliked: No breakfast just bread and cereal no milk I had to walk 1 mile to a store for breakfast

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly. Average breakfast with eggs, sausages, self-made pancake... Juices
Disliked: Bed sheet hadn't got changed when we checked in but the front desk staff was friendly and helpful in changing another room for us. Still the bed sheet didn't seem changed but not as bed as the one in the first room . Bath towel smell strong chlorine.

Liked: I liked that it fit my budget
Disliked: The tv remote didn't work, or the tv didn't work. The pillows were flimsy. I had to use all pillows from both beds just to feel comfortable. There weren't enough electrical out let's near the beds.
