We stayed over for WMU graduation at Miller Auditorium. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything ran very smoothly, the room was comfortable and we would definitely book at the Baymont again!

Disliked: Do yourself a favour and stay away from there !!The receptionist was rude.The elevator doesn't work.The rooms are old , the sink is outside the bathroom.The rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.The variety of breakfast is very poor, the juice machine is broken, you have to go ask for plates, cups and spoons.The property is screaming neglect.

Disliked: They charged me my $100 deposit for stained sheets when I didn’t do anything to them. I was alone in the room and only used it to sleep in. They apparently have a scam going on there.

Disliked: Elevator didn’t work, bathroom was not clean, toilet seat was broken and not screwed down, electrical outlets at sink didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, 1 sets of towels for 3 guests. Reported all of this to staff-they couldn’t care less

Liked: The bed was great. Price was decent. I did expect more for $70 / night. But the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room, particularly the bathroom, smelled like cat piss. The smell was awful.
