We stayed over for WMU graduation at Miller Auditorium. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything ran very smoothly, the room was comfortable and we would definitely book at the Baymont again!

Liked: Front desk woman was friendly and trying her best with the conditions
Disliked: It was so gross. First room I was given hadnt been cleaned. Second room I was given was…maybe cleaned sorta? Floor had clearly not be vacuumed in this decade. Towels were stained. Shower curtain was gross. The TWO pillows provided on the king bed were in rough shape. The tv remote was taped together…not that it mattered because the tv didn’t work.

Disappointing

Disliked: That rude guy that charged me a deposit I stated I’ve never paid a deposit but I didn’t mind. He got to be really sassy and saying that’s y the others got fired cus they weren’t doing their jobs. When idgaf about that I wondered y he was being so sassy
