My overall review of Baymont By Wyndham Kalamazoo East is poor. Don't waste your money; spend an extra 25 bucks and stay in something better.

Liked: Ease of checking in.
Disliked: The room was so small I felt as if I slept in a closet and the water from sink and shower came out brown. Also you could see the light of day under our rather crappy door. Only one bath towel per person and they were very thin. At 8:30 am there was nothing left to eat except the very small muffins that were dry.

One night stay; quiet; did not take advantage of free breakfast - slept in. Very accommodating with early check in and late check out. Staff very friendly!

Liked: Close to the venue and easy to get to off the highway.
Disliked: Bathroom not as clean as I would prefer. Vent needed cleaning and there was hair throughout.

Liked: Awesome pillows, mini fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The air/heater made a funny smell.

Disliked: Everything was completely horrible and filthy , the lightbulbs were all gone out of the lamps, tiles falling off the floor in the bathroom leaks from the ceiling cockroaches God knows what else! I will never stay here again. I promise that much I do not recommend to anybody.

Disliked: There was no remote and no on-site maintenance to be able to get one to me, no blankets in the room just a sheet. no coffee maker or cup, no USB hookups., just to name a few things. The staff was not very accommodating.. coffee available but no cups..

Disliked: We were very just unhappy about the facility and their lack of providing what we normally get at a hotel. And now I am really upset because I cannot get any kind of a refund from them. We talked face to face with the manager and he said that is your responsibility booking.com to make sure that we're satisfied. As far as I'm concerned booking.com is a scam and I do not recommend them will not recommend them to anyone

POORLY MANAGED AND STAFFED HALF...

Liked: nothing the manager was rude and heartless then told us not to come back maybe if he wasn't having sexual relations with the guests and staff and actually did. his job the place would be half way decent
Disliked: the room didn't have a microwave ,blow-dryer or iron the heat didn't work and it was very drafty the house keepers barely do there job and are having sexual relations with the management strongly suggest immediate removal of the managementment and house keepers
