Disliked: No coffee or condiments in the room , room was comfortable but I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and had trouble getting to my room

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and the room was perfect everything was clean good condition that the beds were very comfortable were super comfortable could not have asked for anything better it was an awesome stay!

Disliked: You didnt have any rooms on the 1st floor, and I have a terrible issue with my knee. I had to go to the 2nd floor and there are NO ELEVATORS....I couldn't believe it as everything else was great..

Disliked: The whole place smelled like a cigarette. You could see through the door seal. Needs a major update!

Disliked: Everything else. It was smelly. Something in the room bothered our breathing. It was loud the first night after that it was ok sound wise. The guy who checked me in was dead to the world.
