The entire atmosphere was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean and everyone was kind! Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Disliked: I was disappointed in the breakfast and the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room. There isn’t a large price difference in the Drury I usually stay in.

Liked: Location was fantastic and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One drink machine was out of order on the buffet line, and one urnal was out of commission in the downstairs hallway bathroom.

Liked: The property has four walls and will keep you safe and warm at night.
Disliked: Absolutely worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced when traveling. This is my fifth time doing a review for this hotel, as all previous ones get taken down. That is quite telling.

Liked: The location was easy to get to. Staff was excellent. Checking in was a breeze, offered online check in. The bed was extremely comfortable! I'm so picky about that! It was wonderful. Didn't eat breakfast but looked like a nice selection.
