Liked: The lady at the front desk was friendly gave us Clorox wipes and new bedding and did give us a 30% discount. I was extremely frustrated
Disliked: Our room was filthy. Pop sprayed on the ceiling. Silly string all over walls and carpet. Frosting and juice stained bedding. Confetti everywhere. Dried vomit on the floor. Used Kleenex shoved in Kleenex box. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Broken towel rack . Had heat on 84 as high as it would go and still cold. Not vacuumed carpet. Worst stay I have ever had at this facility and I've stayed here multiple times.

Liked: Ajay, the Staff Member that i think was also the Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He was considerate and polite. He made sure that everyone was satisfied. The room was clean, the spaces were Clean, The only thing we didn't like was our bed, only due to it not being comfortable to us because we are used to a different style. Everything was clean, and neat and nice. If we had a question or needed help, we rang the bell and he would come running to find out what was needed. The restuarant that was just inside the door was excellent. I haven't had a good burger in ages (mostly due to cold weather) and the food was delicious, The staff was inpressive and kind. WE got to sit and socialize with family for a good 3 hours RELAXING! We would recommend this to anyone especially for short stops. WE will plan if ever needed in the winter again to stay at their location knowing what we do. Normally i don't care to stay at Wyndam Hotels as they don't tend to be decent. This was one good. Breakfast was good. Many choices and the food was stocked up. Lots of good people around.
Disliked: For us, it was the bed, To us it wasn't comfortable. But that is likely due to us not in our own beds and the style of the bed (springs vs non or limited springs) Overall the beds were still comfortable.

The staff was kind but...

Liked: I second room was good
Disliked: The first room the heat didn’t work, there were dogs barking all night, people fighting in the hall at 2 a.m. for two hours when we had to be up early

Uncomfortable and rude

Liked: Very rude workers in society when u see people who are in danger and need help u don't kick them out your suppose to have a heart and help
Disliked: Having more of a heart
