Disliked: Room wasn’t clean, floor wasn’t vacuumed as there were crumbs and old French fries on the floor. I also asked for a late checkout but was told the hotel doesn’t allow that.

Disliked: drove six hours and promised my children theyd be able to swim and enjoy the waterslide. I had called that morning and they said the pool was open. upon arrival we were told the pool was closed and my reservation was non refundable.
