Terrible overnight staff canceled our...

Liked: We liked absolutely nothing. Our reservation was canceled by the property as we were checking in, and deferred us back to Booking.com to see about a potential refund. This has been our worst-ever traveling experience.
Disliked: Front desk staff was incredibly rude and canceled our reservation as we were standing at the reception desk because we advised them I require a service animal with me (this is illegal). They also refused to call their manager or let me speak to anyone else about this issue. Train your employees - this could become a real legal issue for your organization and needs to be addressed promptly.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: First room was decent but the shower didn't work. I let the staff know the problem and they quickly and kindly switch me to another room. Second room wasn't much better. Not very clean and a odd smell when entering room. The shower in second room had no adjustable water temperature and was scolding hot.

Liked: Good location, very nice staff.
Disliked: We have stayed there many times with no problem. But this time our room was very dusty and the doors were very loud when anyone left or entered a room. It sounded like they were breaking in your room!

Disliked: It was just the curtain in the bathroom was dirty and the beds had what’s look like puberty hairs on it, and the air filter was dirty

Disliked: The room did have an odor to it… It wasn’t as clean… Strands of hair were on the beds and also the bathroom had hair still in the shower and behind the toilet on the floor
