Liked: Didn't eat the breakfast but had juice. The people was friendly
Disliked: I had to ask about bedding for the couch and no pillows. The couch was very hard and had trouble sleeping. We didn't have enough towels or wash cloths. My daughter went to get more but didn't get any

HORRIBLE HOTEL, FALSE ADVERTISING

Disliked: Avoid this hotel at all costs. The false advertising and deplorable conditions made for a horrific stay.After a long drive to attend a funeral, my family and I were eager to rest. The hotel's pictures had been misleading, and the reality was shocking. The exterior was filthy, setting the tone for our disappointing stay.Upon entering, we were hit with a musty, old smell. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly, despite the website saying they are fluent in English, there was a significant language barrier. We tried to overlook these first, present issue and proceeded to our room.The breakfast area was tiny and dirty, further adding to our growing unease. Our first-floor room was cramped, hot, and humid, with a strange odor. A fallen picture, holes in the walls, and cheap bedding contributed to the overall sense of neglect. The bathroom had standing, disgusting water in the tub, highlighting the hotel's lack of basic cleanliness.The walls were paper-thin; we could hear every movement and conversation from the front desk and the rooms above. The presence of cockroaches was the final straw. While I didn't spot bed bugs, the extreme dirtiness raised serious concerns about their possible presence.We had booked for three nights but left after just one, feeling unsafe due to the hotel's condition and the questionable neighborhood. I contacted the hotel and was initially promised a refund. However, I've yet to receive a call to confirm this.As of today, the hotel is dodging me and claiming I must contact the booking site for a refund. The booking site, however, says the refund must come from the hotel. This runaround is unacceptable.I urge everyone to avoid this hotel. Read the reviews; they all tell the same story. We gave this place a chance, and it was a massive disappointment. Do not make the same mistake.

Great value, comfy beds

Liked: Nice clean rooms, comfy beds. Great value, good location. Staff was super nice and friendly. Need to improve on breakfast, and not enough towels in room.

Disliked: I have stayed at Wyndham numerous times and have never ever been charged for the room prior to arrival and have never had to pay a $50 refundable deposit. The AC in the room was inconsistent in maintaining an even cool temperature in the room. The flat round shower head doesn't give you the feeling of being completely rinsed afterwards. The area for breakfast was overcrowded with 2 adult people at the table and 1 fixing a waffle. Easier to go to IHop. Not my best experience. Parking lot a mess and when I looked out my window on the back side hasn't been mowed in a long time.

Liked: Location was good.. and bed was comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom obviously has damage from a plumbing leak from upper floor.. ceiling was sagging above tub and walls were showing signs of discolor from water... and plug for tub was being held open with Q-tips.. else tub filled with water during a shower.
