The room served it's purpose...

Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: You could never find staff. We had a do not disturb sign on our door while we were gone and someone was in our room. The room we were given was EXTREMELY small. And when we turned on the heat it smelled like urine. The breakfast was very sparse. Just disappointed

Liked: The staff was exceptional. The night crew bent over backwards to accomodate an issue for me. Everyone was so friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the wall bottles, no more trying to get stuff out of little bottles.
Disliked: The shower could have used a litle TLC maintenance. Also a second waffle maker would help the many patrons, as well as filling of muffins, milk and syrup pitchers timely, and having possible disposable small containers for the waffle batter instead of a cruet that everyone used.

Save your money, unless you...

Liked: Very friendly staff, the hotel has a lot of potential to be very nice. Pool looked nice, aside from the 30 10yr Olds in there that I could literally hear while in my room on the 3rd floor, all night, then when they run up and down the halls till 2 or 3am knocking on random doors.
Disliked: Carpet was stained and a tad gross, mirror had hand prints all over it. Also, headboard of bed had some leftover rope the previous travelers left behind, maybe they were playing cops and robbers
