Liked: The beds were comfortable and they let us check in early
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well. We asked for extra towels and they gave us 2 bath rugs not bath towels. They changed the time of breakfast without notifying the people staying there. It was supposed to be 6-930 which is the posted time and they changed it to 6-8 without any notifications. The guy who was there Sunday morning was not very personable and instead of taking care of customers was too busy watching TV. Also I have never been to a hotel where they didn't have at least 1 extra roll.of toilet paper in the room with a single roll holder. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night

Depressing, disappointing and infuriating; I...

Liked: The location was convenient for my needs.
Disliked: Pool out of order. Broken/shattered window in room. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. And this was the second room I was given. The first room we walked into the frame of the full length mirror was laying on the floor The breakfast was not good and I didn’t receive housekeeping service even after I asked and was told they would be there.

Disliked: Booking.com overbooked rooms so we didn’t get our king size bed. This was supposed to be a getaway for my husband and I.

Liked: The linens were clean. Location was good for my purposes.
Disliked: The pool was filthy. You could visually see grime on the floors and walls of the pool. There was not a pool chemical smell present. Clearly not maintained. The drywall finish on the ceiling was falling down, actually had flakes fall on me while using the toilet, largely due to no ventilation, The included breakfast - Eggs were ice cold as if frozen and the microwave sausages were also under cooked.
