Liked: Staff - very friendly,helpful! Young lady at front desk - very friendly!
Disliked: Some trash outside of the side door, no fault of staff, just crappy guests

Disappointing stay, would not recommend.

Liked: Would not stay again, location was the only good thing.
Disliked: Dirty rooms, dirty halls and facilities. Old food left in room, reeked of cigarette smoke. Stains and mold in rooms.

Will never be staying here...

Liked: The location of this property was great, right near the outlet shops, a gas station & quick access to the freeway.
Disliked: There was a lot to dislike, upon arrival we were informed the pool was closed for repairs. That’s fine, we get to our room after a long day of travel and shopping. Once we settled and decided to shower there was no hot water, we called the front desk and we were informed they think it’s half the building without hot water, we were not offered a new room. The next morning went for breakfast that was only from 6-8am. The photos you see for this hotel are the furthest option we saw for breakfast. The “eggs” if we can call them that looked liked dried pineapple. The pancakes were frozen, left on a cake tray and the coffee was empty. After speaking with the front desk about no hot water we were asked to move across the hall to another room. Which we did, settled back in & still no hot water but the water was Luke warm so we showered to start our day. Went back to the front desk to advise no water and asked to speak with a manager or if a maintenance person was available. We were offered yet another room which thankfully had hot water. We didn’t do breakfast the second morning but I have a very hard time believing it would improve & frankly was on holidays wanted to sleep in past 8am. I’m disappointed in this facility there was probably a total of 6 rooms being occupied in this three story hotel not sure why it was so hard to provide top notch service?

Horrible, I’ve never been to...

Liked: I like the location because it is closed to the outlet mall
Disliked: The room was super dirty, I found hair in the wrinkle sheets and bedding, dirty bath tub, fingers nails on the window sill, and the bed was stained on the side, bath water was cold, not even lukewarm! The refrigerator was also broken

Very poor

Liked: The beds were comfortable and they let us check in early
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well. We asked for extra towels and they gave us 2 bath rugs not bath towels. They changed the time of breakfast without notifying the people staying there. It was supposed to be 6-930 which is the posted time and they changed it to 6-8 without any notifications. The guy who was there Sunday morning was not very personable and instead of taking care of customers was too busy watching TV. Also I have never been to a hotel where they didn't have at least 1 extra roll.of toilet paper in the room with a single roll holder. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night

Depressing, disappointing and infuriating; I...

Liked: The location was convenient for my needs.
Disliked: Pool out of order. Broken/shattered window in room. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. And this was the second room I was given. The first room we walked into the frame of the full length mirror was laying on the floor The breakfast was not good and I didn’t receive housekeeping service even after I asked and was told they would be there.
