Disappointing

Disliked: I booked a room "with a hot tub" so that if there were any issues with the swimming pool my kids could @ least use that, & when i got there they said Booking was advertising the room wrong & there weren't any rooms like that available. Also online it says that the pool was open & i was told that it was permanently closed. My kids were looking forward to it & were disappointed twice! We were also on the 1st floor & they started having plumbing issues w/the toilets so we had to be moved to a room upstairs the next evening after check-in. We ended up leaving the day before we were supposed to & never got an answer back from the hotel or Booking to see about having to pay for the extra day we weren't there.

Disliked: Room was unkept, couch was torn up, no help washer, no clean towels, was told they were out of toilet paper, staff was kinda rude

Disliked: I didn’t like how my first room was not cleaned; it still had Whataburger cups in it, the beds were still messy and the restroom was not cleaned. My second room was not as bad but you can tell the window shades are dirty with stains. The couched was a little hard and very dirty looking. The restroom was a little dirty. I had to go to the store and buy Lysol wipes to clean it (I wiped EVERYTHING DOWN). The bed sheets had stains on them. The wall had a crack from the top to the middle of it. Like the building has shifted. The breakfast was limited, two cereals, two yogurts one flavor,the quarter cheese omelets (if that’s what they are) was the only egg option and then the waffles. The apple juice was not apple juice. The stay honestly was an okay stay. Honestly I won’t return.
