Stay away! Not worth the...

Liked: We stayed at this property 1 year ago for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, it was perfect for what we needed. However, this year was terrible. Room 324 had bed bugs, the sheets were filthy and the hot water did not get hot. I reported all of these issues to the staff and they did nothing to accommodate us. After making a fuss about the hot water, they tried to come into the room to fix it (the manager not maintenance) but after realizing he didn’t know what he was doing, they finally offered to allow us to shower in a different room. It was awful and we will not be back.
Disliked: After telling the attendant about the bed bugs, my kids were literally crying because of the bites, he said he could only check us out and offer a partial refund, but couldn’t move us to a different room because he didn’t have any vacancies. There was a huge volleyball tournament and derby going on in town so all of the hotels were booked, so going somewhere else wasn’t an option. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said, “I’m sorry to leave you like that but there’s nothing I can do.” I was in disbelief. Not to mention, the price doubled from last year. Just overall terrible.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, clean room and hotel. Excellent breakfast.
