Disliked: Not a lot of customers so the breakfast was just the minimum (no butter, no yogurt, no bagels just white bread, terrible marmalade choices, no nuttela.. minimum When you check in.. they ask you if your from Hobbs (because Hobbs people are not allowed) then they let you know, in a nice way , that they can kick you out of the hotel if the if you forget to behave .. a sign behind the counter would be enough in my opinion.but no.. you also have to sign a paper saying that you will behave.. and that you don’t have a pet..And the was the best joke of all.. the customer can’t bring a dog but the housekeepers.. yesSo you have to wake up at 6 with the wonderful barking of a small dog trapped in the landeryroom.. all day long We could hear this poor creature barking all day long.. thanks for the peace and your common sense.. the room.. I suppose i wasn’t lucky.. maybe the only room not refurbished (128)But I also see why the hotel deserves a good rating.. the people working are nice people.The bed is top quality.. and I believe my experience was not the reflection of others.. I was disappointed frankly.

Disliked: We stayed during a storm and our phones did not work. The tornado sirens went off and the staff did not inform us on what needed to be done.
