Great place to stay and...

Liked: I loved the idea that once I arrived there was an issue, the service desk quickly corrected the problem.
Disliked: Everything was great! I just need to make sure that I do not get charged for the cable box that seemed to be detached from the front room and the missing iron which was totally fine but just needed to alert you even though it was no bother to neither of us.

Liked: The evening person was nice. Easy check in
Disliked: The shower dripped all night only 1 towel set was placed. The morning staff lady didn't even greet me Was kind of rude when I told her about the shower head.

Large suite

Liked: Appears to be a pretty nice hotel, but we didn't get to see much of it since we had an 0300 check out.Great staff. Nathan went above and beyond to help us.Real soap and shampoo were provided - much better than that liquid body wash crap that so many places use these days!
Disliked: Our suite was pleasantly large, but furnishings were dated. There wasn't enough lighting in the living room area so the desk was difficult to use at night and the in room refrigerator didn't work
