Liked: Location and hotel was quite.
Disliked: 1st,,- Cleanliness was 2 out of 10 , old out date carpet and cretins dirty.... behind bed was filthy also with carpet. 2nd - staff was bothered and time I asked for something like alarm clock that never came to roon 10 night stay no alarm clock wtf? First night was not checked in due to front desk not running my name correctly witch I lost a night stay "should be refunded in 3 day tho. Night shift gray haired lady was like the wicked witch of hobbs very unfriendly scary in a way.Bath room seat was broken along with shower door handle dangerous but who cares?Breakfast bread had green mold on it ... so what as long green it's potassium wright?With all this they are refunding 50% , if it was I, I would refunded 100% a d asked for a second review after giving them a complimentary night's stay other place or of choice to regain there trust in us ... but that would be good business practices.

Liked: The location was great. The room was amazing. The room was big, much larger than what I had expected. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a very good rest. The front desk staff was very friendly as well. Communication regarding our reservation was spot on.
Disliked: Like a typical hotel room, the windows had a sheer curtain that was almost interior to the room and exterior along the window was a blackout curtain. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains were ripped and shredded, and it was so bad that the blackout feature just really wasn’t working. They were definitely in need of replacing. And one of the lamps had lots of greasy finger prints all over it. I would say that some of the areas of the room really needed to be wiped down. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire room.
