Not worth the $150 I...

Liked: The shows on the tv were ok.
Disliked: The air in the room didn’t really work. I called the front desk and someone came and looked and said that it would kick on and get cooler. Maybe shut the bathroom door. This didn’t help. The bathtub had stains inside the tub where the handle was. This was a handicap room after the guy told me that the reservation was booked for handicap but he was going to fix it. Room (105) had a handicap logo on the outside of the door. Lastly I requested a late checkout and received an email back saying this could be approved and when I checked in the guy at the desk told me he would notate the reservation but I would need to contact the front desk the next morning because the would pretty much decide. I called the front office this morning and the guy told me he would ask his manager. The manager then calls me back and says he can’t honor it because he saw the request but he didn’t approved it. After I informed him that I had an email that stated this could be approved and after I offered to forward him the email, he said that he would honor it like he was going me a favor when I clearly had an email saying this could be honored. For 150 I felt like I got a 60 dollar room not a Wyndham hotel (baymont) and I have never had this issue with Hilton nor a Wyndham hotel stay. I am very disappointed.

Peaceful, average stay.

Liked: Kind and helpful staff. Coffee and waffles. It was quiet for a restful sleep. Bathroom and sink area clean.
Disliked: Breakfast selection. Need healthier options. Room cleanliness could have been better for floor and one bed looked previously slept in and sheets not changed.
