Liked: Your staff was amazing! So kind and accommodating. Coffee available in dining area at all times was so nice.
Disliked: Hot water availability was a little annoying. I could never get hot water in the sink. Toilets didn’t flush very well.

Liked: location front desk staff was great greeted us and treated us very well
Disliked: house keeping was terrible had to get desk staff for towels toilet paper. Shower broke

Liked: Staff were friendly and available, if needed.Pool area was private with additional shade cover.
Disliked: Street entrance was difficult due to neighboring stores semi loading dock.

Liked: Samantha was amazing. She worked the morning and made sure we were taken care of after dealing with a very uncomfortable situation after checking in.
Disliked: I did not like that once in the room the thermostat was missing off the wall and we had to settle for a fan. It was not comfortable, we woke up in sweat and my sons stomach was not feeling too great because he got hot.
