An overall pleasant experience for...

Liked: Location exceeded my needs. I felt safe and comfortable. The front desk staff person was kind and professional. The room was as expected but no cups available at bathroom sink which was a bit disappointing.
Disliked: The television was a disappointment because I couldn't access YouTube without scanning QR codes which I am not comfortable performing.

Disliked: My room had a television and phone which both did not work. The parking lot and stairs outside of the building were covered in ice. No salt or anything was put down to prevent guests from falling or slipping on the ice. NEVER again…I’ll sleep in my car before ever staying here again.

Disliked: The room smelled like bleach strongly. The staff were extremely noisy at 5am in the hallway near that office which was inconsiderate to those trying to sleep such as myself who had to get up to travel long distance.Other than that I suppose it was ok
