Overall my stay wasn’t bad,...

Liked: I liked the location. It’s very convenient and close to shopping center and Walmart. The reservation info left out something very important about suites, but the manager was kind enough to work with me on that.
Disliked: First off they charged my card for the security deposit, but I saw somewhere that a “hold” would be placed on the card then removed once I checked out. So far I still haven’t received a credit for my deposit. Next, this is the only hotel that would not provide me with a receipt showing the total price and the taxes, but I never had this problem with any other hotel I booked through Booking.com. The clerk cut me off as if I was on her last nerve when I asked the second time for a more detailed receipt, by rudely saying “no because you paid by 3rd party”. She was not as friendly as the clerk that checked me in. Now I may not be reimbursed by my job for the suite because it’s too much for them to print me a decent receipt.
