In short my stay was...
Liked: I loved the price and location ( five minute walk to the center of Helen and all of its store fronts and restaurants) and the back of the hotel is the park and river it was a very nice place and a great value will definitely be back.
Disliked: I paid for the king suite with back porch and Jacuzzi tub but the Jacuzzi tub never worked but the hotel offered me my money back for the rest of the time I reserved and the rest of the experience was amazing so it all equals out.

Other than the super friendly...
Liked: How close it was to the main strip in Helen. Everything else was awful.
Disliked: The room was really dirty and nasty. The bed linens had stains on them, the bathtub had stains in it, the walls and doors were so dirty they were brown, their was a foul odor in the room, the carpets were moist and sticky feeling, the air unit barely worked and sounded clogged up so loud we couldn’t sleep, and so many other things. I would not stay here again.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom was in extremely poor condition condition. The door jam was broken and created a tripping and cut hazard. Definitely needs maintenance.
